
Healthcare Social Media Marketing/Operations Intern
Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, creative, and organized intern to join HealthAdminLife, LLC. This role is ideal for students interested in healthcare management, communications, marketing, or leadership development. You’ll gain hands-on experience in brand strategy, social media, and project coordination while learning directly from a healthcare leader who has built a successful personal brand and community.
Responsibilities
Support content planning and scheduling across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Lemon8, TikTok, etc.)
Assist with podcast production, guest coordination, and episode promotion
Help design and organize educational materials and career resources (e.g., e-books, templates)
Conduct light research on healthcare trends, career pathways, and leadership topics
Engage with the online community through comments, DMs, and email outreach
Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose creative campaign ideas
Preferred Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative eye for storytelling and social media trends
Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-driven
Passion for leadership, healthcare innovation, and personal growth
