As our Client Experience Representative, you will be crucial in cultivating and maintaining our valuable client relationships, directly contributing to our business goals. You'll view our clients as people we get to know and keep for years- not just one-time customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Proactively retaining existing clients through exceptional, personalized service and re-engaging past leads or inactive clients.
Sales Support: Collaborating on sales initiatives by nurturing relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
Expert Communication: Handling all phone and email correspondence proficiently and professionally.
Operational Support: Working closely with the General Manager and Field Staff to ensure smooth daily operations and meet our client quality service expectations.
Contributing to Culture: Playing a role in fostering a positive employee culture and clear internal communication within our small business environment.
