Social Media Intern

About SCENSOB LLC

SCENSOB LLC is a multifaceted organization with a bold mission—to empower communities, transform industries, and deliver excellence across Staffing, Facilities Management, Consulting, Residential Program Management (RPM), OBS Publishing, the SCENSOB Foundation, and more. We blend business with purpose, and our digital presence reflects that same energy—innovative, professional, and unapologetically impactful.

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and social media–savvy intern ready to help amplify our message and manage content across all SCENSOB divisions.

Position Overview

The Social Media Intern will assist in managing SCENSOB’s online presence across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent branding, storytelling, and engagement across divisions. You’ll play a hands-on role in planning, creating, and scheduling digital content that highlights our programs, events, and initiatives.

If you have a passion for storytelling, design, and strategy—and can make a post look good and sound smart—you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage and monitor social media accounts for all SCENSOB divisions (Staffing, BOSNECS, Consulting, RPM, Training Institute, Foundation, and more).
    • Maintain consistent tone, branding, and professionalism across all platforms.
  • Content Creation & Planning:
    • Develop, write, and design engaging posts, stories, and short-form videos that align with SCENSOB’s brand voice.
    • Plan monthly social media calendars for each division, including major events, campaigns, and training promotions.
    • Coordinate with team leads to collect photos, videos, and updates from departments.
  • Scheduling & Analytics:
    • Schedule content using Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
    • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, and impressions) and make recommendations to improve strategy.
    • Assist in growing followers and engagement across all platforms through consistent posting and creative campaigns.
  • Brand Awareness & Campaigns:
    • Support digital marketing efforts for SCENSOB’s major events and initiatives (Leadership Summit, Family Literacy Festival, Training Institute, etc.).
    • Help implement creative social campaigns that attract clients, community members, and partners.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and design skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook scheduling tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Reliable transportation as needed to complete projects and attend events.
  • Photography, video editing, or graphic design experience is strongly preferred. Please submit a creative portfolio with your application.

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience managing social media for a growing, multi-division organization.
  • Exposure to professional marketing strategy, event promotion, and digital storytelling.
  • Mentorship from SCENSOB’s leadership and advancement team.
  • A chance to shape the online voice of a fast-growing company making a real impact.
