Role Overview
As a Software Engineer Intern at Gabbian, you'll contribute directly to building the future of client collaboration. You’ll work alongside a small, fast-moving team to design, develop, and refine core product features that power high-impact client workspaces. This is a hands-on opportunity to ship real features, solve meaningful problems, and grow as an engineer at a rapidly evolving startup that’s redefining how businesses build trust and close deals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Development and Coding

  • Assist in designing, developing, and deploying new features for the Gabbian platform.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across various components.

Testing and Debugging

  • Perform testing to ensure the reliability and functionality of the platform.
  • Identify and fix bugs to improve the overall user experience.

Collaboration and Learning

  • Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team discussions.

User-Centric Improvements

  • Collect and analyze user feedback to optimize existing features.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to enhance platform performance and usability.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, Kotlin).
  • Familiarity with web development frameworks and tools (e.g., React, Node.js, or Django).
  • Problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Interest or experience in working with student organizations or collaborative tools is a plus.
