Operations Analyst & Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

  • Review, enter, and maintain all incoming Purchase Orders.
  • Schedule and coordinate transportation related to incoming orders.
  • Invoice Sales Orders and communicate with customers.
  • Communicate with the sales force and warehouses regarding the status of all orders and any discrepancies.
  • Schedule/ Coordinate inbound shipments from our distilleries
  • Manage an inbound trucking report for the Operations Team
  • Utilize available reports to monitor/ prioritize inventory across incoming orders.
  • Responsible for some compliance and regulatory work.
  • Track Orders / Shipments for select new products and/or allocated products.
  • Send samples of select products to sales teams and Distributors.
  • Ability to perform other tasks as requested by the operations team.


 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree. Business majors preferred.
  • Microsoft Suite experience. Including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • QuickBooks experience preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills.
  • Team player.
