Fulfillment Lead
Position: Fulfillment Lead
10/16/25
Position Description
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy, hard-working person with project management and fulfillment experience who is ready to bring their enthusiasm and work ethic to a growing company. This is a heavy information and task management role and a light people management role. This person would be responsible for directing our Fulfillment Team staff at Moglea - 1-2 part-time members daily, depending upon order volume. This individual would help manage all incoming wholesale purchase orders, retail orders, customer communication, and all operations of Moglea Fulfillment as a whole, ensuring our customers have the best possible experience in ordering from Moglea. This individual would help with existing and new customer outreach by sharing marketing materials with leads on an ongoing basis. This individual would assist us with customer connection, sales, and lead retrieval at our in-person trade shows. This individual would have an agile growth mindset, eager to take on new tasks or train others as our small business grows and changes. The individual will maintain the aesthetic quality, integrity, and standards of the Moglea line by shipping products that align with Moglea’s design vision.
Our Company:
Moglea was launched in 2012 and is under the creative direction of Chad and Meg Gleason. Their artful stationery and product line is created by using hand-applied production processes to add one-of-a-kind elements to each product. The production team in their Des Moines, Iowa-based studio thoughtfully applies layers of paint to extra thick sheets of paper before cutting them down, yielding completely unique compositions. Each piece is finished on one of their antique presses, which are foil stamped, printed, or die cut using traditional letterpress printing processes.
The Moglea line is a joyful exploration of composition, pattern, and color. For each new release, Chad and Meg intentionally focus on adding unexpected production processes or visual ideas to the current collection. The result is a product line in which each piece feels like a work of art that is meant to be shared.
The Moglea line is sold worldwide, with placement in over 1000 stores. The line is also sold nationwide by retailers Anthropologie, CB2, The Container Store, and Barnes & Noble.
Our Values
Sincerity: We speak honestly and from our heart. We believe in caring personally and challenging directly as a means to improve performance when working together. We share our own stories and extend space for others to share theirs. We truly think this is the best and only way we can continue to grow as a team and company.
Accountability: We embrace mistakes and learn together. We listen, observe, and gather information that brings us closer to understanding our team. We take responsibility for mistakes and create solutions for how to improve.
Respect: We respect and listen to all members of our team, whether new to Moglea or senior employees. We respect and value the mission of the Moglea organization and the decisions our founders make toward that vision.
Empathy: We desire to truly know and understand all members of our team - their points of view, their motivations, and their personal feelings. We desire to match our team’s strengths and skills to roles that can make the most impact. Our understanding of others will help build sustainable and productive relationships that help improve the corporate intimacy within the culture at Moglea.
Humility: We recognize that we can and we will be wrong. That new information, time, and growing expertise ask us to challenge our previously-held opinions and seek to improve ourselves and our work. We will be open to feedback from our peers, those above us, and our direct reports. We will self-reflect on recent decisions and motivations.
Adaptive Tenacity: We passionately commit to our goals and stick to that commitment with a spirit of open-hearted and earnest striving and life-long learning. We are growth-minded, and ask that all employees continue to grow and adapt to the growth of our company. We seek to accomplish higher levels of performance, improved communication and stronger relationships with all Moglea employees.
Integrity: We ask that all Moglea employees are trustworthy, do what is right, and lead by example.
Ownership: We don’t wait for others to act. We take the initiative to bring about positive results. We ask that employees care about Moglea products, processes, property, and personnel just as much as an owner of the company would. Taking ownership means we are accountable for the results of our actions and that they are executed with the highest quality and in a timely manner.
Joy: We acknowledge that as coworkers, we see each other more than family and friends. Work can be challenging but overall, should be fun, joyful, and fulfilling to every member of the Moglea team. We seek to ensure that every employee has a net-positive experience while working at Moglea.
