Administrative Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to oversee daily office operations, streamline administrative processes, and support cross-functional teams. This role is pivotal in maintaining workplace efficiency, managing administrative staff, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate administrative staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Develop, implement, and refine office procedures, workflows, and documentation systems.
- Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and facility maintenance contracts.
- Oversee budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing for administrative functions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and data protection standards.
- Support executive leadership with calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Perform any other duties within the laboratory as assigned. 
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Lead marketing stratgies.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems (digital and physical).
- Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Coordinate internal communications and assist with onboarding new hires.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., ERP, HRIS, LIMS).
- Familiarity with budgeting, procurement, and compliance practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., laboratories, healthcare, manufacturing).
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
