About the Role

Elevare is seeking driven and ambitious individuals to join our Manager in Training Program. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in sales, leadership, and team development, with fast-track promotion opportunities based on performance—not tenure.

You’ll work in person, representing top national brands inside trusted retailers such as Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, Home Depot, and Lowe’s.

Responsibilities

Represent client products and services inside retail locations

Develop customer service and sales skills through real-world experience

Contribute to team and territory performance goals

Support and mentor new team members

Build leadership and management skills through ongoing training
