What You'll Be Doing
The Content Marketing Intern will assist Stifel’s Digital Content team with all projects related to the firm’s content library and e-mail distribution platform. Projects and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to assisting with maintaining Stifel’s library of digital content, and assisting Stifel Financial Advisors and associates with their digital presence and e-mail communications. Our content library is the primary resource for advisors to efficiently locate and distribute relevant content on e-mail, social media, websites, and directly with clients.
What We're Looking For
- Assist with the management of a growing library of content – track and upload materials; ensure pieces are up-to-date, organized, and easy to locate.
- Assist Stifel associates with questions related to content and e-mail communications via phone or e-mail inquiries.
- Learn the digital distribution approval process for various sections of the firm and assist associates as they work through the approval process.
- Identify training tips and best practices while finding opportunities for Stifel to incorporate them into the platform onboarding and training program.
- Run reports to provide insights on usage to users and management.
Serve as an active team member by attending and participating in department and team meetings as necessary
What You'll Bring
- Excellent communicator in both written and verbal interactions.
- Experience with a content management system.
- Adaptable, highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects of varying importance with varying deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or individually, depending on project requirements.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: Enrolled in college with a focus on Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum Required: 1 year of college completed
Systems & Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience with Seismic a plus, but not required
