Role Overview
We’re looking for passionate Beauty Ambassadors to represent AMP Beauty and our partner brands during the busy holiday season at Macy’s Herald Square. Ideal candidates are energetic, sales-driven, and confident storytellers who love connecting customers to products that make them look good and feel good.
What You’ll Do
- Engage shoppers and educate them on AMP Beauty’s featured brands and products
- Deliver an exceptional in-store experience through personalized recommendations and storytelling
- Support daily merchandising, restocking, and visual presentation standards
- Assist with content creation, influencer visits, and community engagement moments
Track customer insights and support sales goals in collaboration with the AMP Beauty team
What We’re Looking For
- Enthusiastic, professional, and approachable personality
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and self-care across all textures and shades
- Prior retail, beauty, or brand ambassador experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Availability on weekends and key holiday shopping dates
