Store Manager

Store Manager – Summary

The Store Manager oversees daily store operations under the direction of the Operations Manager, ensuring compliance with all Lynn’s, Inc. & Affiliates policies and procedures. This role combines operational, administrative, and leadership responsibilities to achieve budgeted goals, maintain high customer service standards, and ensure efficient management of personnel and store facilities.

Key Duties Include:

Preparing and managing the store’s operational budget.

Leading and supervising all store employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Maintaining excellent customer service, store cleanliness, and product quality.

Monitoring competitor activity and market trends.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and confidentiality requirements.

Overseeing merchandising, pricing accuracy, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.

Promoting employee motivation, teamwork, and a positive work environment.

Supporting corporate initiatives, attending required meetings and trainings, and managing store assets responsibly.

Overall, the Store Manager is accountable for store profitability, operational excellence, and upholding Lynn’s Inc.’s reputation for quality service and ethical business practices.
