WordPress Website + Brand Experience Intern
Metta Vita Health | Remote | Flexible Location (SC or HI Time Zones Preferred)
About Metta Vita Health
At Metta Vita Health, we’re not your average psychiatry practice — we’re rewriting the rules of mental health care. We blend psychiatry, functional medicine, neurofeedback, and coaching to help people feel better, function better, and heal from the inside out.
Our approach is premium-level, whole-person, and deeply human — combining science, compassion, and connection to create lasting transformation. And now, we’re ready to bring that same depth and authenticity to our digital presence. Our WordPress site is in progress, but our brand has evolved — and we’re ready for a fresh perspective. We’re looking for a creative partner to bring our next chapter to life through a website that captures our story, elevates our brand, and connects meaningfully with the people we serve.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, leadership-oriented role for a creative student or early professional ready to make a tangible impact. You’ll collaborate directly with our founder to refine, rebuild, and launch our new WordPress site — weaving together existing content, new design files, and your creative vision to help us better communicate who we are and what we stand for.
You’ll play a central role in shaping how people experience our brand online — from the visual design and flow to the emotional connection that makes visitors feel seen, inspired, and understood.
What You’ll Do
- Review the current WordPress staging site and assess what aligns with our brand direction.
- Integrate select content from our Wix site while incorporating new creative materials and vision files.
- Redesign structure, navigation, and flow to enhance storytelling and user experience.
- Implement updates within WordPress (Elementor or Divi preferred).
- Ensure the site is cohesive, responsive, and visually polished.
- Collaborate with leadership to translate tone, values, and brand voice into design.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You
- Have strong WordPress skills and a sense for modern, elegant design.
- Are confident leading creative direction and offering fresh ideas.
- Understand how storytelling and aesthetics build connection.
- Are familiar with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Value thoughtful, meaningful design that reflects both science and soul.
- Have an interest in wellness, mental health, or integrative care.
Compensation
Paid internship (hourly or project-based). May qualify for school credit.
Location
Fully remote — collaboration across SC and HI time zones is ideal but not required.
