If so, we want you on our team as our new Sales Assistant at Zimmer Marketing!The ideal candidate would play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position provides administrative, organizational, and client-service support to Account Executives and management, helping maintain a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.
Position Summary
The Sales Assistant provides essential administrative and sales support to the Zimmer Marketing sales team. This position ensures smooth day-to-day operations, assists with client communication and campaign setup, and helps organize materials needed to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Executives with proposals, contracts, and client presentations
- Prepare digital and on-air sales materials, including PowerPoint presentations and promotional packets
- Assist with digital campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
- Coordinate and confirm client appointments, meetings, and events
- Manage sales files, CRM records, and internal documentation
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries as needed
- Work closely with multiple departments (traffic, digital, promotions) to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of campaigns
- Provide front desk coverage and assist with other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma required, College Degree preferred
- Must have a professional appearance
- Must be friendly and outgoing
- Must be a team player
- Must be a self-starter, goal driven
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Must possess time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have transportation to meet required weekly meetings with valid drivers license and automobile insurance coverage.
