Business Development Representative (BDR) – Early-Stage SaaS Startup
Location: Remote (U.S.based preferred) | Part Time - Full Time

We’re a fast-moving construction tech startup that’s revolutionizing the way teams capture, share, tag, and manage project photos and videos for progress, issues, completion, warranty claims, and more with the aid of AI. With over 4,000 users, dozens of customers, and major pilots underway, we’re building smarter jobsite documentation tools—and we’re just getting started.
We’re seeking an ambitious, outgoing, and self-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) who is motivated, coachable, and aspires to grow with us, achieving a successful sales career and helping us scale where the rewards can be life changing.
What You’ll Do:
- Qualify inbound leads via phone calls and email to schedule product demonstrations that convert into our sales pipeline for new business
- Research, identify, and contact Building owners, architects, General Contractors, and subcontractors
- Outbound prospecting via cold calls and emails via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lists, and associations
- Collaborate with leadership to share objections and insights to improve messaging and outreach
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM records (we use HubSpot)
Who You Are:
- 0–2 years of sales experience (internships and retail experience welcome)
- You want a career in sales
- You are not afraid of hard work
- You can handle rejection
- Fearless about picking up the phone and sending outreach emails
- Coachable, highly organized, and hungry to learn
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, scrappy startup environment
- Passionate about solving real problems and making an impact
- Ambitious, driven, and possessing a can-do attitude are essential
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS, construction, construction tech, or CRM systems
