B2B Sales/ BD Manager in Perris, CA (Bilingual in Mandarin)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person visits to local stores and B2B clients to establish sales relationships.
  • Promote 4Dock’s platform and services to potential customers.
  • Understand clients' product needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related STEM fields preferred.
  • Fluent English and Chinese (written & verbal) for direct client communication.
  • Excellent driving skills, holding a valid US driver's license.
  • Prior sales/customer-facing experience is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable with frequent local travel.
