Content Research Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Commitment: 15–20 hours/week | 8–12 weeks
Compensation: School credit

Mission
We don’t just make content — we engineer what works. If you’re fascinated by why some posts go viral and others flop, this role will teach you how to translate data into creativity. You’ll help fuel content ideas that shape campaigns for real businesses, not hypotheticals.

The Problem to Solve
Our content team moves fast. But to create winning content consistently, we need research and insights that keep us ahead of trends. We’re sitting on opportunity, and we need someone obsessed with spotting patterns, analyzing what works, and turning insight into ideas.

Impact
You’ll be the brain behind the creative team — the one finding tomorrow’s trends before they hit. Your research will power campaigns seen by thousands. When you win, our whole content engine moves faster and smarter.

30 / 60 / 90 Outcomes
30 Days: Understand our client industries and how we track performance.
60 Days: Deliver weekly trend decks and competitor analyses that shape production.
90 Days: Own the research pipeline, providing creative insights that guide campaigns.

Responsibilities
Track trending sounds, hooks, and topics on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
Create swipe files of top-performing content across industries.
Research competitors’ best content strategies.
Analyze what makes high-performing content tick (copy, visuals, pacing).
Collaborate with the team to pitch new ideas weekly.

You Might Be a Fit If
You’re studying Marketing, Digital Media, or Journalism.
You love analyzing patterns and predicting what’s next.
You spend more time studying content than just scrolling.
You’re detail-oriented, organized, and fast.
