Start Date: Rolling (Fall/Winter 2025 openings)
Compensation: Paid internship (hourly or project-based)
Commitment: Part-time, flexible schedule (10–15 hours/week)

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to help build our community presence and digital brand across Richmond and surrounding markets.

What You’ll Do

Develop and schedule social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

Help design content calendars and campaigns for local awareness (e.g., grand openings, seasonal health topics, community partnerships)

Assist with photo/video shoots and content editing (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite)

Conduct competitor and market research to guide ad and branding strategy

Help craft blog posts, short videos, and digital ads

Support email marketing and local outreach initiatives (schools, small businesses, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field

Strong writing, social media, and visual storytelling skills

Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, Meta ads, Google ads, and Canva (or willingness to learn)

Creative thinker who can work independently and meet deadlines

Interest in healthcare, entrepreneurship, or startup culture is a plus
