Intern – Creative & Administrative Assistant
Location: McAllen, TX
Type: Internship (Entry-Level, Part-Time or Full-Time)
Reports to: Studio Manager / Creative Director
Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is computer-savvy, eager to learn, and passionate about the creative arts, media, and communications. This is a flexible, entry-level position designed to provide hands-on experience across marketing, photography, client management, and studio operations.
The role offers opportunities for growth—based on skills and interests, the right candidate can evolve into other areas of the company such as project coordination, marketing, or client relations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with copywriting and written communications (social media captions, proposals, client updates, etc.)
Organize and manage digital files, images, and creative assets across shared drives and project folders
Support the team in using CRM and project management software to track leads, clients, and ongoing projects
Make and receive phone calls to clients and leads in a professional and friendly manner
Assist in placing and tracking client orders, including print and product fulfillment
Collaborate with the team on creative projects, scheduling, and content planning
Conduct basic research for creative campaigns and client outreach
Provide general administrative and studio support as needed
Qualifications
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong organizational and computer literacy (Google Drive, Sheets, CRM, etc.)
Comfortable learning new software platforms and online tools
Professional and confident phone manner
Interest in creative arts, photography, and media production
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility to grow within the company
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other creative tools
Basic understanding of marketing, photography, or content creation
