Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist. This role will lead Ecotron’s marketing initiatives, focusing on brand development, content creation, and digital outreach. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, fast learner, and creative thinker with an interest in automotive technology. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in industry exhibitions. This is an on-site role based in Torrance, CA.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a business-related field is required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to multitask and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

An interest in marketing and business development within the engineering/automotive field is essential.

Willingness to work onsite in Los Angeles and maintain a flexible schedule.

The candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, or Permernant Resident of the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

A passion for the automotive and electronics industries is highly desirable.

A fast learner who is self-sufficient and capable of multitasking effectively.

Responsibilities

Leading the company marketing efforts, creating contents on social media, email marketing, website marketing, etc.

Building and improving the company image, brand name, reputation, etc.

Designing, reviewing and revising company’s marketing material, strategies, documents, videos, etc.

Organizing and attending the exhibitions on behalf of the company, along with the engineers and other colleagues.

Learning and knowing the industries and building the professional network for company’s marketing purpose.
