About Us
We’re building Maroon — a psychology-first dating app for intentional relationships. As part of our growing creative team, we’re looking for a Sora Video Creator who can turn prompts and ideas into cinematic, emotional, and viral-quality AI videos using OpenAI’s Sora.
This role is perfect for someone who understands both visual storytelling and AI generation workflows — transforming abstract ideas into human-feeling, story-driven content that moves people.
What You’ll Do
Use Sora (and similar tools like Runway, Pika, or Kaiber) to generate short-form and cinematic AI videos.
Translate prompts, scripts, or brand ideas into emotionally engaging visuals.
Collaborate with the creative director on storyboards for social campaigns, app promos, and cinematic brand videos.
Refine AI outputs for tone, pacing, and realism — ensuring each video feels emotional, grounded, and scroll-stopping.
Add captions, transitions, and basic post-production (CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects).
Experiment with new AI tools and techniques to push the limits of storytelling through generative video.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have hands-on experience creating videos with Sora, Runway, Pika, or similar AI tools.
Know how to prompt-engineer for emotion, composition, and movement.
Understand what makes content viral — especially pacing, retention, and emotional storytelling.
Have an eye for cinematic visuals, lighting, and realism.
Are proactive, experimental, and excited about being part of an early-stage creative team.
Bonus Points
Background in film, editing, or storytelling.
Experience working with lifestyle, dating, or psychology-driven brands.
Comfort ideating or scripting short-form content from scratch.
Compensation
