About Smyrna First UMC
Smyrna First United Methodist Church is a vibrant, Christ-centered community committed to Making Disciples Who Make Disciples. Together with The Tillman House Resource Center, we serve our congregation and neighbors through worship, outreach, and creative ministry initiatives.
About the Role
Do you love using creativity to inspire, encourage, and teach through media?
Are you tuned in to what’s trending across social and digital platforms?
We’re seeking a Creative Services Intern to join our Communications Team, a role that blends storytelling, strategy, and service. Working alongside our Communications Director, you’ll help craft meaningful, engaging media that connects people to God and to one another.
While most people engage with church for one hour on Sunday, you’ll help us reach them during the other 167 hours of the week through compelling digital content.
This internship provides hands-on experience in content creation, publishing, storytelling, and brand communication, and offers an inside look at how creative media strengthens ministry and community engagement.
