About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Events & Customer Engagement Coordinator to help build and scale our top-of-funnel motion through impactful online customer-facing events and engagement initiatives. As one of the first hires on our growing GTM team, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape our customer engagement strategy and grow alongside an exciting startup. We are in the financial services sector so prior banking experience is a plus.

You’ll be responsible for orchestrating monthly virtual events, managing customer communications, and helping build the operational infrastructure behind a new GTM motion designed to drive ongoing engagement and retention.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Coordination & Execution: Plan, organize, and manage monthly online customer-facing events as part of our GTM strategy. Oversee logistics, maintain contact lists, track attendance, and run post-event analytics on customer health and engagement metrics.
  • Campaign Management: Build, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive event registration, engagement, and ongoing customer communication.
  • Customer Communications: Co-develop and co-author a monthly customer newsletter that highlights product updates, success stories, and upcoming events.
  • Data & Analytics: Track engagement performance metrics across events and campaigns to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI.

 

About You

  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized, with strong project management skills
  • Excited to learn, grow, and take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Comfortable with tools like marketing automation platforms and campaign management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in event coordination, marketing, financial services, or customer engagement is a plus
