Ticketing & Group Sales Internship

Ticketing & Group Sales Internship (x2)

Overview:
This position focuses on ticketing operations, group sales, and event coordination. Interns will gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer relations while contributing to the success of the Casper Spuds’ summer season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the ticket office and general front-office duties (answering phones, greeting guests, taking messages, assisting with inquiries).
  • Handle and promote ticket sales throughout the year, including individual, season, and group sales.
  • Sell and renew season ticket packages and engage in promotions for new buyers.
  • Coordinate and sell group outingsevent deck rentals, and flex ticket packages.
  • Provide assistance during Season Ticket Holder and Host Family events, including setup, check-in, and guest engagement.
  • Operate at the ticket or will-call window before and during games and events, ensuring smooth customer experiences.
  • Support non-gameday ticketing events such as festivals, concerts, and community gatherings.
  • Assist in creating and tracking sales reports, customer databases, and promotional campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and community outreach teams to promote special ticket offers and events.
  • Help manage and distribute media credentials for press and visiting personnel.
