Collectively, our social channels have generated over 1.5 billion views — and we’re just getting started. We’re now expanding our in-house content team and looking for a full-time Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social media — someone fast, creative, and ready to help push our visual universe forward across every platform.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the charge on all things digital and social across our ecosystem — including Big Shiny Balls, Kolossal Arts, and the personal brands of our founders. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X, building a unified voice that connects our creative world to millions of followers.
This is a hands-on role where creativity meets strategy. You’ll concept, publish, and analyze daily content that captures attention, sparks conversation, and drives growth. You’ll collaborate closely with our founders, creative team, and full-time video editor to develop campaigns, product launches, and behind-the-scenes storytelling that bring our brand universe to life.
You’ll also help shape distinct stories for each platform — understanding what works on TikTok vs. LinkedIn vs. Instagram — while maintaining a consistent and sometimes interconnected narrative across brands. You’ll think of the brand world like a cinematic universe: each channel and company has its own tone, audience, and purpose, but they all build toward one larger story.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Scheduling: Plan and schedule engaging content across multiple brands and platforms, aligned with each channel’s voice, tone, and audience.
- Publishing & Management: Execute daily posting schedules, ensuring consistent and timely updates that reflect current campaigns, launches, and cultural trends.
- Cross-Platform Storytelling: Tailor unique stories for each platform while maintaining a cohesive narrative that connects Big Shiny Balls, Kolossal Arts, and the founders’ brands.
- Community Engagement: Be the voice of our brands online — responding to comments, DMs, and mentions, and building meaningful audience relationships.
- Audience Interaction: Actively engage with followers, spark conversation, and maintain a strong presence that builds loyalty and recognition.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance across all channels, analyze engagement data, and provide insights to guide creative and growth strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with the founders, creative team, and full-time video editor to align content with larger initiatives, product drops, and campaigns.
Content Ideation: Stay on top of trends and brainstorm bold, original concepts that position our brands and founders at the forefront of culture.
About You
You’re a storyteller, trendspotter, and digital native with a deep understanding of what makes people stop scrolling. You know how to translate creative vision into content that performs — and you love building a consistent narrative across multiple brands and platforms.
You move fast, stay organized, and thrive on collaboration. You can jump from editing a TikTok to writing a caption for an art installation to planning a LinkedIn thought-piece — all while keeping the tone sharp, strategic, and on-brand.
You’re obsessed with growth, creative storytelling, and creating content that makes people say, “Wow, who made this?”
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or creator
- Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook)
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Proven ability to develop content calendars, track metrics, and adapt to performance insights
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and emerging trends
- Familiarity with e-commerce storytelling and digital marketing principles
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and attending shoots or events in Miami
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

- Video editing experience (Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
