About Us
MM Strategic Solutions is a small, woman-owned consulting startup helping small businesses and community leaders turn ideas into action. We scope defined projects that provide real impact for clients while giving students tangible consulting experience.
What You’ll Work On
This project will focus on designing and preparing a new personal training business for launch. The goal is to create a strong, cohesive foundation — from market positioning to website and outreach materials — that helps the client confidently enter the fitness industry. As a junior consultant, you’ll:
- Research the local fitness market and identify target client segments
- Develop a service model and pricing recommendations aligned to client goals
- Create a branding mini-kit including logo, tagline, and service description
- Design and deliver a simple two-page starter website using a no-code platform
- Build a launch toolkit with social media examples, marketing collateral, and a practical rollout roadmap
Who You Are
- Interested in fitness, health, wellness, or entrepreneurship
- Strong communicator who enjoys combining research with creative deliverables
- Comfortable designing websites and branded materials using no-code tools (like Canva, Wix, or Squarespace)
- Organized and proactive, able to connect strategy to actionable steps
- Excited to support a mission-driven client bringing a personal training brand to life
What You’ll Gain

Internship Details
Time Commitment: ~10 hours/week for 15 weeks
Format: 100% remote + asynchronous-friendly
Start Date: Rolling (based on needs)
Compensation: $500 stipend for completed deliverables
Eligibility: Open to all majors; may be a best fit for students interested in marketing, business, communications, IT, entrepreneurship, education, or social impact
