We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. This role offers the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate marketing, digital branding, lead generation, and community engagement. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to build impactful campaigns and help shape the Norluxe brand story.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at promoting Norluxe Realty’s listings, services, and brand initiatives.

Support the design and posting of content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to drive engagement and increase visibility.

Help develop marketing collateral including flyers, newsletters, listing presentations, and promotional materials.

Conduct market research to track trends, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for audience growth.

Assist with the planning, promotion, and coordination of open houses, community events, and brokerage-sponsored activities.

Maintain and update marketing databases, email lists, and CRM tools.

Track marketing campaign performance, prepare engagement reports, and share insights with the team.

Collaborate with agents and leadership on branding strategies to highlight listings, agent success stories, and community impact.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.

Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.

Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Interest in real estate, branding, and community engagement is a plus.
