Data Scientist

This role involves designing and implementing advanced machine learning models and AI-driven solutions that enhance student success, business performance, and strategic decision-making. Role:
📊 Build, test, and deploy predictive and machine learning models using Python or R
🤖 Apply modern algorithms (Decision Trees, Random Forest, XGBoost, LightGBM, etc.) to solve key business challenges
🔍 Perform data mining and analysis using large, diverse data sets from internal and third-party sources
🧠 Collaborate cross-functionally to identify analytics needs and translate insights into actionable business recommendations
🧩 Optimize data pipelines and improve data model integrity and performance
🧾 Present findings and data-driven insights to management through clear and impactful reports
💡 Support experimentation and evaluation of AI and GenAI technologies to improve analytical workflows

Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
⚙️ 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning roles
🐍 Proficiency in Python or R, with strong SQL querying skills
📈 Experience using tools like GCP, BigQuery, PowerBI, or SQL Server
📚 Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, regression, and data visualization
🔬 Background in advanced analytics, AI, or revenue optimization is a plus
🤝 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
💻 Familiarity with Git and collaborative coding environments
