Receptionist Customer Service

Seeking a friendly, organized, reliable and compassionate Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Greeting clients and checking in patients for appointments
  • Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing records 
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate client information
  •  Communicating effectively with Veterinarians and Technicians
  • Providing a positive and welcoming experience for clients and their pets

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communications and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous veterinary or customer service experience preferred
  • Basic computer and phone system proficiency
