High Ticket Closer

Position Overview:

Develop key customer service and communication skills in our call center team. You'll interact directly with clients, resolve issues, and facilitate appointment scheduling—all while working with modern contact management technology. This role offers direct insight into the heart of our customer support and brand reputation.

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Conduct 50-150+ outbound calls daily to warm leads, referrals, and qualified prospects.
  • Engage prospects through multiple channels: phone, email, SMS, and social media outreach.
  • Research and qualify potential clients using preset criteria and ideal customer profiles.
  • Follow up consistently with leads to maintain engagement and move them through the pipeline.
  • Reactivate dormant leads and nurture relationships for future opportunities.

Appointment Scheduling & Management:

  • Schedule high-quality strategy calls and consultations for high-ticket closers.
  • Coordinate calendars and ensure seamless handoffs between marketing, setters, and closers.
  • Confirm appointments and conduct pre-call preparation to maximize show rates.
  • Achieve weekly targets of 15-25 qualified appointments with 60%+ show rates.
  • Document all prospect interactions and maintain accurate CRM records.

Sales Consultation & Closing:

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and buying motivations.
  • Lead in-depth discovery sessions to uncover specific business challenges and goals.
  • Master advanced closing techniques and objection handling for high-value transactions.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and implementation timelines for enterprise-level deals.

Pipeline Management & Follow-up:

  • Conduct systematic follow-up sequences for prospects at various stages.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Provide detailed feedback to marketing and appointment setting teams.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting on deal progression.
  • Meet daily call quotas.
  • Track and report on key metrics: conversion rates, show rates, and close rates.

Team Collaboration:

  • Serve as communication bridge between marketing, sales, and delivery teams.
  • Participate in daily team huddles and weekly strategy meetings.
  • Share best practices and successful call strategies with team members.
  • Coordinate with operations team for seamless client handoffs.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, retail, or any phone-based role preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and conducting video calls.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle feedback constructively.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work.

Desired Skills:

  • Basic familiarity with computers and willingness to learn new software.
  • Interest in sales, business development, or customer relationship building.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

This position is remote. Only candidates with reliable availability, consistent digital communication, and ability to attend live check-ins will be considered.
