As a member of our team, you’ll take responsibility for marketing, sales, and working in the vertical that matches your interests. This position is part-time, flexible, and structured as an independent contractor role—not as an employee. You will start as an intern, with the potential to grow within our organization.

Position Overview:
Support efficient and scalable systems as part of our operations team. You'll assist with project management, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination, using technology and analytics to optimize workflow. This is a great opportunity to learn about business logistics, resource allocation, and how to drive operational excellence through teamwork.
Workflow Management & Coordination:
- Support scheduling and coordination for internal task systems.
- Help manage task boards and maintain operational checklists.
- Track project progress and report updates to team leads.
- Communicate with department heads to confirm handoffs and timelines.
Process Documentation:
- Assist in mapping out internal processes across teams.
- Help create SOPs, how-to guides, and system tutorials.
- Audit documentation for clarity, consistency, and completeness.
- Recommend process improvements based on patterns or feedback.
Project & Systems Support:
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Experience, and Marketing on shared ops tasks.
- Ensure timely communication and delivery milestones across multiple teams.
- Learn and assist with platforms like ClickUp, Airtable, Google Workspace.
- Maintain internal dashboards and update shared resources.
Operations Team Collaboration:
- Attend weekly team standups to review action items.
- Help coordinate special projects or initiatives.
- Step into time-sensitive or priority admin functions when needed.
- Be the behind-the-scenes force that keeps execution flowing.
Qualifications:
- Organized, proactive, and detail-driven.
- Comfortable working across multiple platforms, tools, and teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to track multiple moving pieces without losing momentum.
- Experience in business ops, project coordination, or admin roles is a plus.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello).
- Strong calendar, checklist, and systems thinking.
- Comfort with fast-paced teams and shifting priorities.
- Interest in business structure, systems design, or team scaling.
This position is remote. Only candidates with reliable availability, consistent digital communication, and ability to attend live check-ins will be considered.
