Recruitment Social Media Intern

Position Summary: 
The Recruitment Social Media Intern will support the Recruitment Marketing Manager by assisting with social media and marketing initiatives. This role will contribute to creating and publishing social media posts, assist with recruitment initiatives to enhance the organization's digital presence. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in creating and scheduling branded content for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. 
  • Support the execution of social media campaigns as needed. 
  • Conduct social media and marketing research as needed to provide resources for the team. 
  • Develop captions that effectively engage the target audience. 
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and initiatives. 
  • Support the preparation of marketing materials for events, collaborating with the team to gather necessary assets. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Proficiency in Canva and similar applications.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and related tools such as Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt in a fast-paced setting. 
  • Availability of 20 – 25 hours per week
