As a member of our team, you’ll take responsibility for marketing, sales, and working in the vertical that matches your interests. This position is part-time, flexible, and structured as an independent contractor role—not as an employee. You will start as an intern, with the potential to grow within our organization.

Position Overview:
Become a key part of our marketing division—where creativity meets data-driven impact. You'll craft campaigns, manage social media outreach, and help shape our brand voice across digital platforms. With direct mentorship, you'll learn to combine innovative marketing strategies and AI tools to engage audiences and elevate our corporate partners' visibility, all within a supportive, high-action culture.
Content & Campaign Support:
- Write copy for posts, email campaigns, and internal materials.
- Help build and maintain content calendars.
- Assist in asset organization and creative collaboration workflows.
- Support campaign setup, testing, and data capture.
Digital Platform Coordination:
- Help manage our brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Schedule posts, prep captions, and coordinate publishing timelines.
- Monitor basic engagement and help summarize analytics.
Research & Insights:
- Conduct competitor research, audience analysis, and trend tracking.
- Help the team identify positioning gaps and creative opportunities.
- Summarize findings and share presentation-ready insights.
Creative Team Collaboration:
- Assist with internal brainstorming and creative team check-ins.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, and Client Experience.
- Help maintain our brand tone, visuals, and communication consistency.
Qualifications:
- Strong written communication and storytelling instincts.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Suite, or marketing platforms.
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable giving and receiving creative feedback.
- Open to students or recent grads with marketing, media, or communications backgrounds.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of basic analytics or reporting tools (Google Analytics, IG Insights).
- Experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, or social scheduling tools.
- Interest in storytelling, branding, or conversion copywriting.
- Bonus: any content portfolio pieces or writing samples.
This position is remote. Only candidates with reliable availability, consistent digital communication, and ability to attend live check-ins will be considered.
