Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven marketing assistant to help manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. You’ll work directly with our founder to strategize, create, and optimize ad campaigns that drive online sales and brand awareness. This role blends creativity, analytics, and growth strategy — perfect for someone who loves testing ideas and learning fast.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Research and test new audience segments, ad creatives, and hooks
  • Help track and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
  • Collaborate on ad copy, UGC briefs, and short-form video concepts
  • Stay up to date with platform trends and best practices
  • Report weekly insights and recommendations for scaling winning ads
     

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, conversion rate, ROAS)
  • Basic content creation or editing experience (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools)
  • Analytical mindset and ability to test and iterate quickly
  • Passion for social media, brand storytelling, and growth marketing
     

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Experience running paid ads for e-commerce, beauty, or health brands
  • Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, or Google Analytics
