Paralegal - Personal Injury

Looking for a paralegal for a Busy Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm in Boca Raton, FL.  This is an intermediate in-person position and training will be provided.  Applicant must be a team player and hard worker. Small office environment requires sharing of duties and getting along with others. 

Candidate duties will include, but are not limited to: direct interaction with clients, calendaring and scheduling, opening cases, ordering records, drafting letters, answering the phones, and sign-ups.

Applicant Qualifications: 
• Minimum two (2) years’ personal injury law office experience. However, exceptions will be made if background education fulfills this requirement or legal experience in another field;

•Computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office Suite;
• Excellent typing skills with special attention to grammar and accuracy;
• Highly organized and detail oriented; 
• Must be able to handle the day-to-day pressures of working in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere;
• Punctual and professional at all times; 
• Ability to exercise time management and coordination skills - prioritizing multiple projects as is necessary is essential;
• Demonstrate a willingness to and aptitude for learning new tasks quickly!
