FLSA Status: Full-time Hourly Non-Exempt

Location: Byhalia, MS (Temporarily @ Whispering Woods in Olive Branch, MS)

Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and document functional requirements for SAP S/4 HANA implementation

-Analyze existing business processes and map them to the corresponding SAP S/4 HANA functionalities

-Execute test scripts to ensure system functionality and data integrity across different modules

-Assist in creating training materials and conducting user training sessions on SAP S/4 HANA functionalities

-Document project progress, configurations, and key decisions made during the implementation process

-Provide basic troubleshooting and support for system issues during implementation

Qualifications:

-Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or a related field.

-Must be a Junior, Senior or Graduate Student with a 3.0 GPA or higher

-Demonstrated interest through relevant coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities

-Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

-Strong understanding of business processes across different functional areas (Finance, Sales, Logistics, etc.)

-Basic knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA modules and functionalities

-Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques

-Excellent communication and problem solving skills

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Familiarity with SAP GUI and other SAP development tools preferred
