Small Business Management Intern

Stuff’D Factory is a locally owned build-your-own plush shop in Maplewood Mall. We’re offering a hands-on internship for motivated individuals who want to experience every part of running a small business from marketing and sales to leadership and operations.

You’ll help oversee daily store activities, guide staff, plan promotions, and develop creative strategies alongside the owners. This is a rare chance to learn how to grow and manage a real business in a fun, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage store operations and assist team coordination
• Plan and execute marketing and sales campaigns
• Track results and identify ways to improve performance
• Maintain customer experience and brand quality
• Collaborate with owners on business growth ideas

Qualifications:
• Business, marketing, or entrepreneurship interest preferred
• Strong leadership, creativity, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn

Compensation:
