Chemistry Project Associate

BroadPharm is a fast-growing biotech company in San Diego, specializing in manufacturing and supplying high purity PEG Linkers, bioconjugation reagents, nanoparticle lipid components, and customer services worldwide. We are looking for a highly motivated Chemistry Project Associate to assist with the project assignment and customer service for daily operations. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship and must be either U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders).

Responsibilities

• Address clients’ inquiries regarding products, projects, and technical questions with help from senior manager
• Assist senior manager to assign customer projects and internal projects to production team
• Track the projects progress and keep customers updated

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Organic Chemistry/Chemical engineering required
• Previous experience in biotech preferred, but not necessary
• Ability to work with the team and open to learn new things
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skill & excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chemdraw, virtual meeting software
