Senior Manager Dual Credit
General Information
Willamette Education Service District is accepting applications for a full-time (40 hours per week) Senior Manager - Dual Credit position. Successful candidate will work as a member of the Postsecondary Pathways Program and will follow a 260-day calendar. This position will be based at the Willamette ESD Marion Center in Salem, OR and will begin as soon as possible upon conclusion of the selection process.
Duties, Responsibilities & Qualifications
The Senior Manager: Dual Credit leads the Willamette Promise program and collaborates with K-12 school districts, university partners, and educators to expand access to high-quality dual credit opportunities for students. This role works closely with Western Oregon University, Oregon Institute of Technology, and other higher education partners to align curriculum, provide teacher training, and support instructional needs. The Senior Manager also builds strong relationships with participating school districts, oversees the work of Willamette Promise staff, collects and analyzes data, and ensures the program delivers meaningful pathways that help students earn college credit in their high school classrooms.

Salary and Benefits
- This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) administrative/non-represented position.
- Placement on the Willamette ESD administrative salary schedule, $93,067 - $113,230, will be commensurate with applicant’s qualifications, relevant training and experience, and prorated according to start date. Salary and benefits shown are based upon full-time employment (1.0 FTE) for the entire school year contract period.
