Position Overview
We’re looking for an organized and tech-minded Operations & Systems Intern to support our office and production teams. The role involves helping coordinate new jobs, track installations, and streamline internal processes.
Alongside daily operations, you’ll lead a special project focused on digitizing our production workflow, building systems for data collection, job tracking, and automation using our existing CRM and callback platform. This project also includes exploring opportunities to integrate AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini to make our operations more efficient.
Responsibilities
- Help process new jobs and coordinate installation schedules
- Maintain organized records of active projects and job progress
- Improve communication between the office, call center, and installation teams
- Design and implement systems for digital job tracking and reporting
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements
- Research and integrate automation and AI solutions into workflows
- Prepare documentation and present findings to management
Qualifications
Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and process mapping
Interest or experience with CRM systems, automation, or AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Make, or Zapier)
Self-motivated and comfortable managing independent projects
