The Opportunity:
We're seeking a detail-oriented, organized Media Planner to join our growing media department. This entry-level role offers comprehensive exposure across media strategy, campaign execution, analytics, and investment management—building a foundation for multiple career paths within the industry.
Core Responsibilities:
Media Strategy & Planning
- Assist in plan development, negotiation, and management across multiple channels
- Monitor campaign performance and implement updates based on client needs
- Manage key client-facing documents and participate in presentations
- Support RFP creation and partner review processes
Ad Operations & Campaign Management
- Manage trafficking of digital assets to publishing partners
- Monitor live campaigns for quality control and proper execution
- Coordinate creative specs across internal teams, clients, and media partners
Analytics & Reporting
- Assist with client reporting calls, including data analysis and actionable insights
- Pull, format, and analyze campaign data for optimization recommendations
- Work with our analytics team to manage tracking across digital accounts
Investment Management
- Coordinate approved investment across client, publisher, and internal accounting teams
- Maintain accurate budget and flow documents
- Review, log, and approve media invoices; reconcile against planned spend
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in fast-paced environments
Preferred:
- Familiarity with digital media landscape and marketing concepts
- Interest in financial services marketing
- 1+ Years Experience in Media Buying/Planning
