Internship Opportunity at Peninsulators

Work Side-by-Side with Industry Leaders in Commercial Construction

Are you ready to take your first big step into the world of business, construction, and project management? We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Intern to join our team and work directly with our Leadership Team. This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of an established company while building skills that will set you apart in your career.

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with executives and department leaders.
  • Assist with project coordination, business development, and client outreach.
  • Support the sales, operations, and estimating teams with research and reporting.
  • Participate and plan meetings with general contractors, vendors, and direct clients.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives including web development, event planning, social media, and special projects.

Who You Are

  • A student or recent graduate interested in business, construction management, or related fields.
  • A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and communicating with different stakeholders.
  • Excited about learning in a fast-paced environment and contributing new ideas.

Details

  • Location: Based in our Sacramento office.
  • Schedule: Flexible, part-time up to 30 hours depending on your school/work schedule.
  • Compensation: Paid internship with opportunity for growth.
