Quality Control Microbiologist 

Quality Control Microbiologist is a Professional Position to test manufactured products to determine they meet performance specifications and shelf life requirements. The Quality Control Microbiologist reports to the Vice-President

Requirements for the Position:

Pass a Drug Test and sign an Employment Agreement containing an Intellectual Property Rights Section

Have an associate's degree in BioScience

Have One or more years 'experience

Complete a Safety Course and a Microbiology Course within 6 months of start date.

Qualifications:

Be technically competent in BioScience

Be demanding but realistic in expectations of team members

Demonstrate the ability to grow with the expanding responsibilities of the job

Be steady and determined to reach extraordinary goals

Responsibilities:

Test manufactured products to determine they meet performance and shelf life specifications     

Maintain all cultures used at Oxyrase Inc.

Conduct experiments to enhance products

Maintain equipment used to cultivate microorganisms

Write Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions

Keep timely and accurate records

Perform QC Testing for all Oxyrase products and fermentations

Investigate customer complaints

Perform preventative maintenance and calibration on QC Production Equipment

Maintain Environmental Monitoring of Clean Rooms

Maintain Stability Program for Oxyrase Products

Conduct Inspection for all Controlled Raw Materials

Support Research and Development of Quality Control
