Data Correction Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Review and correct employees’ working hours data to ensure accuracy.
• Perform data adjustment and schedule modifications within the system.
• Use Excel for data processing, verification, and analysis.
• Communicate effectively with the HR department to address and resolve data issues.
• Support process improvement to enhance efficiency in data correction tasks.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
• Proficiency in Excel and other office software; strong data handling and analysis skills.
• Detail-oriented, with strong logical thinking and a high sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with HR and other departments.
• Flexible working hours; ability to work overtime when needed.
