HR Recruiter - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pay: $18–$25 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated, bilingual (Spanish/English) Recruiter to join our team. This role will focus on recruiting and hiring employees across various roles. Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, and hire candidates for open positions.
• Conduct interviews and communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Paycom (experience with Paycom is a plus).
• Assist with onboarding and paperwork for new hires.
• Coordinate with management to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in recruiting or HR preferred.
• Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS systems is helpful.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours if needed to meet hiring goals.

Compensation: $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
