Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day brokerage operations by managing shipment scheduling, tracking, and customer communication. This role is responsible for ensuring shipments move efficiently from pickup to delivery while meeting customer KPIs and providing exceptional service. The coordinator will work closely with internal team members, carriers, and customers to resolve issues, set appointments, and maintain accurate shipment details.
