Business Development Sales Representative

Windmill Transport is seeking a motivated Business Development Sales Representative to join our growing Freight Brokerage team in January of 2026!

 In this role, you’ll drive growth by prospecting and closing new accounts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service. You’ll collaborate with operations on pricing and solutions, develop account growth plans, and spend much of your time connecting with shippers to expand our customer base. The ideal candidate is competitive, results-driven, and skilled in communication, organization, and problem-solving, with 0–3 years of sales, account management, or customer service experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
