Are you a strategic, creative, and data-driven marketer looking to make a big impact? Chick-fil-A Sanford is seeking a Marketing Manager (Coordinator) to lead our marketing efforts, drive sales growth, and deepen our connection with the community.

In this role, you’ll serve as a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Owner/Operator, and collaborate across all departments to bring our brand to life. This is a hands-on leadership role — all directors are expected to work in restaurant operations as needed to understand the business and support the team.

Pay & Position Details

  • Pay: Starting at $18/hr, commensurate with experience and availability
  • Schedule: Part-Time to Full-Time
  • Availability: Must be available Monday–Saturday (no Sundays)

What We’re Looking For

  • Marketing experience required (restaurant/hospitality experience preferred)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance
  • Passion for Chick-fil-A’s mission and values

 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that increase traffic and sales
  • Lead community events, sponsorships, and partnerships to boost brand visibility
  • Create and manage social media content that engages our audience
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to support business goals
  • Track results and analyze data to continuously improve strategies
  • Manage marketing budgets and promotional materials
