Are you a connector, storyteller, and changemaker? The Buddy Program is seeking a dynamic Development Director like YOU to lead fundraising, donor engagement, and event magic in support of our 52-year legacy of youth mentoring.

This is your chance to:
* Inspire donors and community partners to fuel life-changing mentoring programs
* Lead a passionate team in creating unforgettable events like Bash for the Buddies & Boogie’s Buddy Race
* Build relationships that open doors and empower youth to thrive

We’re looking for someone who is:
* Mission-driven and relationship-savvy, culturally humble
* A strong communicator with leadership spark
* Experienced in fundraising, donor cultivation, and event strategy
* Creative, organized, and ready to make an impact

Perks & Pay: $85,000–$100,000 + full benefits (health, dental, vision paid, retirement, paid time off, and more). Flexible work environment with some evenings/weekends required. Main office based in Aspen with options for a flexible work environment.
