
(FALL) Entry Level Management Internship
Social Marketing Solutions is looking for ambitious, driven, and people-oriented individuals to join our Fall Entry-Level Management Internship Program at our Harrisburg, PA office. This on-site internship is perfect for students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, leadership, and team management within a fast-growing company.
During the program, you’ll be part of a structured development track that includes direct mentorship, real-world client interactions, and exposure to leadership strategies. You’ll work side-by-side with our management team, contribute to marketing initiatives, and learn the inner workings of running successful client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands and services through face-to-face marketing and community outreach.
- Support planning and execution of local marketing events and promotional campaigns.
- Learn and apply sales techniques to effectively promote client products.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong customer relationships to boost retention.
- Help onboard, train, and motivate new team members.
- Participate in team meetings, leadership workshops, and professional development sessions.
- Track and report performance metrics to analyze campaign effectiveness.
- Gain deep knowledge of client offerings to clearly communicate features and benefits.
- Set personal development goals and work toward achieving them.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor in all public interactions.

- Based in or able to commute to Harrisburg, PA (on-site position).
- Current student or recent graduate (all majors welcome).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
