We’re Defined Digital Marketing—a family-owned, social media agency based in Nashville, TN helping local businesses grow their brand and attract dream clients. Our signature offer, The Socialite Package, is a done-for-you content creation and social media management service. Think: Reels, content shoots, strategy, engagement, and monthly analytics—fully handled for our clients.
We’re hiring a full-time Account Executive to own the full lifecycle of their Socialite clients—from sales outreach to strategy execution. This is a cradle-to-grave role: you’ll build the relationship, close the deal, lead the content creation, and manage the client relationship long-term.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
SALES (New Client Acquisition):
- Visiting 15+ local businesses per day to build relationships and introduce the Socialite Package
- Conducting cold calls, walk-ins, follow-up emails, and text outreach
- Pitching the value of social media + short-form video content to business owners
- Booking and running discovery calls
- Closing deals and onboarding new clients into your portfolio
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT (Client Fulfillment):
- Leading content planning and pre-shoot strategy calls
- Attending bi-monthly content shoots (you’ll be on-site directing Reels, BTS, etc.)
- Creating and editing content to be scheduled
- Managing client communication, performance reporting, and post engagement
- Making sure your clients feel seen and supported
Who We're Looking For
You’re not afraid to cold walk into a business and start a conversation from scratch. You care deeply about what you're selling—and want to be hands-on in delivering the service. You're equal parts salesperson, strategist, and creative coordinator.
You Must Have:
- Confidence with cold outreach: walk-ins, calls, email, and text
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Comfortable on-site filming Reels and leading content shoots
- Bonus: social media know-how or content creation experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
Sales Expectations
Your outreach activity shifts as you grow your book:
- 0–3 clients: 15 business drop-ins/day, 5 days a week
- 4–7 clients: 15 drop-ins/day, 3 days a week
- 8+ clients: 15 drop-ins 1 day/week (or more, if you love sales and want to scale)
